On the bottom left hand side of Outlook 2010, under the tab for mail and calendar, select <strong>contacts<\/strong>.\u00a0 After selecting the contacts tab, look for the tab that says <strong>New Contact Group. <\/strong>It is located at the upper left hand side of Outlook.<\/p>\n<p>2. You can then select <strong>Add Members <\/strong>and find emails for your contact list from <strong>Outlook contacts<\/strong>, <strong>Address Book <\/strong>or <strong>New E-mail Contact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3.
