It is a folder that you can customize to hold messages that fit specified conditions of your choosing. \u00a0It\u2019s like a Favorites folder.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, you could create a folder that is named Urgent Mail which only includes emails from your boss. To create this, right click on <strong><em>search folders<\/em><\/strong> on the right side of your Outlook email, or go to the <strong><em>Folder<\/em><\/strong> tab on the Tool Bar and click <strong><em>New Search Folder<\/em><\/strong>. Then, in the <strong><em>New Search Folder<\/em><\/strong> box, specify your conditions by selecting the type of mail you want to receive in that folder.
