Nora moves to LIS II, Level 3, and David moves to LIA, Level 2.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">To qualify, David and Nora demonstrated a level of consistency and quality in their work that met the criteria for advancement. Thirty-three library employees have now realized a competency level increase since implementation of the program.
