Refer.<\/u><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe University of Missouri Suicide Prevention Training Program was designed to help faculty, staff, and students prevent suicide by teaching you to:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tidentify people at risk for suicide\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\trecognize the risk factors, protective factors, and warning signs of suicide\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\trespond to and get help for people at risk\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.asklistenrefer.org\/mu\">Click here<\/a> to access the program which takes about 20 minutes to complete. It is intended to be educational rather than therapeutic, and it must be completed in one sitting.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tEligible employees can earn 10 points for participating in diversity and inclusion activities, with a maximum of 100 points in this category. Employees must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umsystem.edu\/totalrewards\/wellness\/empower_and_appreciate_diversity_and_inclusion\">self-report diversity activities<\/a> on the Healthy for Life Wellness Program website. Rawson Professor, Director of the Sleep, Metabolism and Health Center, University of Chicago will present &quot;Impact of Sleep Disturbances and Circadian Misalignment on Human Cardio-metabolic Risk&quot; at 11:00am in Monsanto Auditorium.
