Will want to supplement this with a gift chart.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<u>Action<\/u>: Ann will work with Matt to get a Gift Report\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<u>Decision:<\/u> Show Traditional Report and then show the General Revenue by Division report supplemented with a Gift Report.\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tAssignments were given for LMT members to present aspects of the All Staff Meeting\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tA request was made for additional items for the All Staff Agenda:<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t&nbsp;\n\t\t<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle\">\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tHow will we manage in the face of declining budgets? Where do we stand? The suggestion was made to present ideas from the Truman school project. What can staff do to advocate on behalf of the Library?\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tStaff may want to know an update on raises.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThere was a suggestion to offer a thank you for staff who worked over the holiday week break.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tFacilities update\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tMarketing team update\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tAdditional information will be provided on Priority of Positions.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tFriends of the Library update\/status.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tState Historical Society space\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tUMLD expansion- hope to start in next fiscal year\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<u>Action<\/u>: Shannon will also include staff thank you in Library Notes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<u>Action<\/u>: Ann will send out e-mail to all-staff before meeting.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<u>Action<\/u>: Sheryl will check on the nametags.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><u>Follow up from last meeting &ndash; <\/u><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Writing tutors- <\/strong>Writing tutors will keep their current location in the Student Success Center.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Security update- &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tEverything should be set up and ready in Bookmark Caf&eacute; by Monday.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tDiscussion about automatic blinds in room 201\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tChair repair requirements were noted.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Relevant stats from last week<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tStatistics about last week headcounts were reported on PJ&rsquo;s handout.There were about 30 patrons in the library each day at any given time.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tOver the four-day period, there were over 4800 pages scanned and 1400 pages printed.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tMost of the students were International Students.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tReference fielded 33 questions:&nbsp; 10 involved research assistance by the ARL definition only one of these was an in-person query.&nbsp; 16 questions were handled in person, the remainder were by chat, phone, or e-mail.&nbsp;\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tComputer log-in&rsquo;s were reported at 50 per day.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tWe may need to contact FedEx and UPS if we close in the future.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<u>Discussion:<\/u> Should we stay open for 30 people?&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<u>Action<\/u>: Jeannette will check in with book drop overflow\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<br \/>\n\t<strong><u>New business &#8211;<\/u><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Property Insurance Evaluation<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tWe received permission to combine Ellis and UMLD into same insurance.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tBirds and loving cups displays are excluded from the insurance as we begin to look into selling them.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tWe will wait on doing anything with reserve insurance until we know more about our Special Collections inventory.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Phone messaging system<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tRequest has been submitted to direct people to Circulation, Reference, Lost and Found, hours etc. We hope the programming will be done by next week.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Trespassing situation<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tIf we see offender, please contact Ellis security who will then call MU PD.
